How Kids Make Icky Sticky Oobleck
This was so easy and a lot of fun for the kids to make. A little more messy that slime, or play dough, but not as bad as kinetic sand. We will definitely be making more of this!
Recipe:
- 1 cup of Water
- 2 cups of Corn Starch
- Food colouring optional (Mix it with the water first before combining with corn starch).
The Oobleck name derives from the Dr Seuss book, Bartholomew and the Oobleck.
Making Sand - Sensory Play with Dinosaurs
Making easy DIY sand is fun and easy! Kids make this play sand often. It keeps in the fridge for a long time between use.
- 2 Cups of Flour
- 1/4 Cup of Oil
Kids mix with their hands and have FUN!
